It's already been a crazy spring. I have a newborn baby, a new born book, and a book/media tour underway. This girl needs a drink! Luckily, Seersucker Gin graciously sent me a bottle of their liquor and I happily got to work to create a perfect springtime cocktail that is light and fresh and perfect for the warmer days ahead.
Now that's it's officially fall, it's time for squash to make it's big debut. Butternut, spaghetti, acorn ... let the fun begin!
