While dying eggs may be fun, it's far from artistic. However, with watercolors, painting blown eggs or hard boiled eggs can become true works of art. Using watercolor paints or simple food coloring, you can create soft watery designs in beautiful pastel colors. It is a great interactive project for kids to share in without the mess and monotony of dying.
It's been a little while since I've posted my Friday faves ... we've been traveling a bit and I've gotten a little off track. I'm back and totally inspired by the Spring that feels like it's ALMOST here. My tulips and daffodils are blooming and Easter is just around the corner. It makes me crave color and light and fresh meals that we can enjoy on the patio.
