Summertime FUN: Homemade Cherry Limeade
I started making homemade Cherry Limeade last 4th of July for our annual Independence Day party. Now it has become a special summer treat that I find myself making quite often. No need to trek to Sonic, this homemade recipe is fresh and totally amazing!
There is something about Cherry Limeade that is just quintessentially SUMMER. It's a childhood favorite that adults don't have to be ashamed to say they adore.
This drink is the perfect signature cocktail for a summertime party. Whether you decide to spike it with vodka or not, guests always LOVE it!
It is so cute served in mason jars with red and white paper straws, topped with cherries and lime wedges.
The key detail to making the perfect Cherry Limeade is the ice! Did you know you can buy a bag of ice from Sonic? I do it all the time (not just to make Cherry Limeades). At just $2.49 a bag, their pea-gravel shaped ice is worth every penny.
Fresh, sweet and totally FUN—Cherry Limeade is a summertime mainstay.
