Spring is always an exciting time of year to kick off at-home entertaining. With the weather getting warmer, and kids soon out of school—there’s lots to celebrate! Kick off your sunny-season entertaining with two of my very favorite hors d'oeuvres: Peach and Prosciutto Crostini with Whipped Honey Ricotta AND Spring Pea Pesto Crostini.
I can not get enough of The Peach Truck's peaches! They have a tent sent up across the street from our house and you can bet that E and I are there every single week grabbing a bag.
Next Saturday is The Peach Truck's (a local Nashville favorite) last shipment of peaches. All summer we have enjoyed fresh gorgeous peaches from The Peach Truck's stands all around town. Now as school starts back, saying goodbye to the peaches is just another reminder that summer is quickly coming to a close.
